In some organizations, especially in large enterprises, the number of services and service instances can be quite large. Up to now, the easiest way to determine in which support domain account a service or service instance was registered was looking at the account indicator in the bottom left-hand corner of the record when it is opened in View mode. Now, there is an easier way.
The ‘Account’ filter has now been added to the Services views and Service Instances views. An ‘Account’ column has also been added, so that people can add this as a customized column to these views. The metric ‘Services’ and ‘Service instances’ reports now also include an ‘Account’ filter.
