We’ve introduced Downloadable Audit Logs to solve this. With just one click, you can now export your entire activity history directly from the dashboard. It gives you a clean, organized report perfect for compliance officers or internal analysis.

Navigate to Account → Audit Logs → Download Report to get started.

Clean Up Your War Room Chat

If you use Microsoft Teams for incident response, you know the pain of "Channel Clutter." Previously, every single time an incident updated—whether the status changed or a severity level increased—Xurrent would post a brand new card in the channel. During a fast-moving outage, this meant your chat history became a wall of duplicate notifications, forcing you to scroll up endlessly to find the actual conversation.

We fixed this with Update-in-Place for Microsoft Teams Cards. You now have the option to update the existing incident card with the latest status instead of generating a new one. This keeps your channel clean, ensures the most relevant info is always visible at a glance, and stops the notification spam. You can enable this right now in your Account Customizations.

A Sneak Peek: Native Status Pages Are Coming

Finally, we want to share a little excitement for what’s coming next. We are currently building Native Status Pages right into Xurrent IMR.

Soon, you won’t need a separate tool to communicate uptime to your customers. You will be able to create public or private pages, automatically publish incident updates directly from your response workflow, and customize the branding to look exactly like your company.
