What makes the Service Desk console so powerful is that it proactively provides service desk analysts with the information they need while they are interacting with a user. One important piece of information was missing, however.

Most organizations that use the Xurrent service support a multilingual user base. To help their service desk analysts decide in which language to address an end-user, the user’s language preference now also gets presented proactively. The language preference is displayed graphically as a little flag to allow this information to be understood almost instantaneously.
