Requests Registered in Self Service
Another useful report has been added to the โReportsโ section of the Analytics console. This new report tracks the number and percentage of requests that are submitted using Xurrent Self Service over time. It is called Requests Registered in Self Service.

This report makes it easy for organizations to see whether their โshift-leftโ initiative is actually getting more of their people to submit requests using in the self service portal, rather than calling the service desk or sending email.
