Filter Configuration Items by Account and Support Account

It has been possible for some time already to hand over the support responsibility for a configuration item (CI), which is registered in the Xurrent account of its financial owner, to a team of a managed service provider (MSP) with its own Xurrent account.Β  This is one of those unique collaboration features of Xurrent.

When a CI is registered in one account and supported by a team of another account, the CI gets included in the views and reports of both Xurrent accounts.Β  To make it possible to see only the CIs registered in, or supported by, a specific account, the filters β€˜Account’ and β€˜Support account’ are now available in all configuration item views andΒ reports.
