Many organizations already require their employees to use two-factor authentication when they log on to the corporate network. The owner of such an organizationโ€™s Xurrent account may also have activated Xurrentโ€™s security option that requires two-factor authentication whenever someone who is registered in the account is accessing Xurrent.

To prevent people, who are already authenticated by the organizationโ€™s identity provider, from having to use two-factor authentication a second time when accessing Xurrent, a new single sign-on option has become available. When this option is activated, people who are able to access Xurrent through single sign-on will not be asked to enter a Xurrent two-factor authentication code.

Do not ask for 2-factor authentication for SSO users
