Most of the email templates in Xurrent are available by default, but those that are necessary to send emails from requests, workflows, and other record types must first be created by an account administrator or account designer. It is even possible to create several of such email templates for one record type. This can be useful to send emails from specific templates to specific recipients, to include different email template fields in public emails than in internal emails, or even to cater to different email integrations. It is now possible to select a default email template per record type, so the right template is already selected for the most likely scenarios.

An AI SRE that knows your incidents
Most AI SREs are pattern matchers trained on public data. They know what a memory leak looks like in the abstract. They don't know that your payments-api has a flaky liveness probe everyone ignores, that the checkout team owns the retry policy, or that the last three "database incidents" were actually cache misconfigurations. That knowledge lives in your postmortems, your Slack channels, and the heads of two senior engineers.
