When an end user in Xurrent Self Service registers a new request or opens a request in which the user is mentioned after the request had been closed, the Add Note button is shown. Clicking that button opens a Note field.

Under this Note field the option ‘Add internal note…’ is now offered, just as it is under Note fields in other parts of the user interface. For accounts that have the ‘Strong privacy’ option selected in the ‘Account Settings’ section of the Settings console, this behavior is reversed: The Internal note field is now opened, with the ‘Add public note…’ option made available under it.

An AI SRE that knows your incidents
Most AI SREs are pattern matchers trained on public data. They know what a memory leak looks like in the abstract. They don't know that your payments-api has a flaky liveness probe everyone ignores, that the checkout team owns the retry policy, or that the last three "database incidents" were actually cache misconfigurations. That knowledge lives in your postmortems, your Slack channels, and the heads of two senior engineers.
