Using Data from Notes in Automation Rules

The text, person and created_at fields were already available when an automation rule expression was defined for notes. The fields internal_account and medium are now also accessible.

The internal_account field returns the name of the account which specialists can see the note (or its ID or organization).

Automation rule expression that retrieves account of internal note

The possible values for the medium field are:

  • Automation — The note was added by an automation rule
  • Default — The note was added by a user in a Xurrent user interface
  • Email — The body of an inbound email was used by the Xurrent Mail API to generate the note
  • Redacted — The note has been deleted
  • Reference — The note was automatically added when the record was referenced in another record
  • System — The note is a system note that was added by Xurrent
