QR Codes for Knowledge Articles

You were already able to use Xurrent to generate short URLs and corresponding QR codes for configuration items and request templates. Now you can do this for knowledge articles as well.

This allows organizations to stick a QR code sticker on everything that their staff may have questions about. When the QR code is scanned, the instructions of the knowledge article open for the employee in the Xurrent App.
