More Reports for Problem Management

Three new reports have been added to support the problem management practice of support organizations.  The new reports can be found in the ‘Reports’ section of the Analytics console.

These three reports are called:

  • Requests for Problem Identification by Problem Manager
  • Requests for Problem Identification by Service
  • Requests for Problem Identification by Team
