Inbox Field Help

The Inbox console can contain requests, problems, tasks and project tasks. Field utilization guidelines have been provided for each of their fields. Click one of the record types listed below to access its field help.

Keep in mind that all fields may not be visible when you open a record. The fields that are presented depend, for example, on the values selected in the record, such as the Category field, whether the record is opened in view mode or edit mode, your roles, and other context-specific factors.
