Navigation & Consoles

The Specialist Interface is where specialists and analysts work, as distinct from the Self-Service Portal that end users see.

The interface is organized into consoles. The toolbar along the top is how you move between them, and you land in the Inbox console after signing in. Start with Toolbars to get oriented.

Toolbars provide horizontal and vertical navigation areas with console icons and action buttons.

Filter & Search

Users learn table filtering and global search functionality for finding specific records.
