SLA Coverage Group Fields

The table below lists the fields of the SLA Coverage Groups form and provides utilization guidelines for each field.

Field LabelUtilization Guideline
Name The Name field is used to enter a name that describes which records are included in the coverage group.
Disabled The Disabled box is checked when the coverage group may not yet, or no longer, be used for coverage of any service level agreement.
Description The Description field is used to enter a high-level description of the coverage group.
Search phrase The Search phrase field is used to filter the person records on a string that exists in the name, organization, business unit, or site field of those records.
Filters The Filters field is used to apply filters to the coverage group to limit the records that are included.
