SLA Coverage Group Fields
The table below lists the fields of the SLA Coverage Groups form and provides utilization guidelines for each field.

| Name |
The Name field is used to enter a name that describes which records are included in the coverage group.
|
| Disabled |
The Disabled box is checked when the coverage group may not yet, or no longer, be used for coverage of any service level agreement.

| Description |
The Description field is used to enter a high-level description of the coverage group.
|
| Search phrase |
The Search phrase field is used to filter the person records on a string that exists in the name, organization, business unit, or site field of those records.
|
| Filters |
The Filters field is used to apply filters to the coverage group to limit the records that are included.
|
