Reservation

Configuration item reservations track who reserved what assets and for how long.

A reservation is automatically generated after someone submitted a reservation request for a configuration item(CI). Each reservation specifies for whom the reservation was made, which CI was reserved, when the reservation starts and when it is scheduled to end.

Everyone who has the Specialist role of an account is allowed to see all reservations of that account. Only a person who has the Configuration Manager role or the Account Administrator role of an account can make changes to the reservations of that account.
