Configuration Manager
Configuration Manager role provides permissions to maintain configuration items and related account records.
A user whose Person record is linked to the Configuration Manager role of an account is able to maintain (add and edit) the following records of that account:
People with the Configuration Manager role of an account can be related as the configuration manager to one or more teams of that account. The configuration manager of a team is the person who is responsible for maintaining the information of the configuration items that the team supports.
The Specialist role is a prerequisite for the Configuration Manager role.
