GDPR Representatives

Register security representative, EU representative or DPO for the GDPR

If your organization is required under the European Union's, EU, General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR, to appoint an EU representative, a data protection officer, DPO, or both, register their details in the Xurrent Settings console.

Register your representatives

1. Log in to your organization's Xurrent account.
2. Go to the Settings console and open the Legal & Compliance section.
3. Under Your EU representative or Your data protection officer, enter the name and email address of each, as required for your organization under the GDPR.
4. Click Save.

About the EU and DPO representative

• A security representative for your organization can be added here if you would like to appoint a dedicated contact for Xurrent to inform in case of a security incident affecting Xurrent's service.
• An EU representative is the person designated, where applicable, to represent an organization that is not established in the EU with regard to its obligations under the GDPR.
• A data protection officer (DPO) is the person designated, where applicable, to facilitate compliance with the provisions of the GDPR. The GDPR defines the criteria and the conditions under which a data protection officer must be designated.
