Certificate Fields

Certificates require specific field configurations to manage digital signature algorithms and validity periods.

The table below lists the fields of the Certificate form and provides utilization guidelines for each field.

Field Label	Utilization Guideline
Name	The `Name` field is used to enter the name of the certificate. Examples: Azure AD Signing Certificate Okta Signing Certificate
Signature algorithm	The `Signature algorithm` is used to select the algorithm that is to be used to generate the digital signature of the certificate.
Valid from	The `Valid from` field is used to specify the moment at which the certificate becomes valid.
Valid until	The `Valid until` field is used to specify the moment until which the certificate remains valid.
X.509 certificate	The `X.509 certificate` field allows the X.509 certificate to be downloaded. This is the certificate that an organization’s identity provider can use to verify that the public key belongs to Xurrent.
