Trash

Administrators can view, restore, or archive records that have been moved to trash.

The Trash offers a list of all trashed records.

Administrators can use the action buttons Archive or Restore to archive or restore a trashed record. To archive or restore a task, the workflow or project to which the task belongs needs to be selected first so that the workflow or project can be archive or restored in its entirety.

Important:Records that reside in the trash for more than 28 days are automatically and irrevocably erased. After a record has been erased, it can no longer be restored!

The table below lists the fields of the Trash view and provides a short description of each field.
