Self Service Design

Self service design configures the styling and content for customer-facing portal interfaces.

The self service design of an account applies the styling to its self-service portal. The design also dictates the information that is visible on the self-service portal’s homepage, as well as the options that are available in the navigation menu.

Only people who have the Directory Designer role, the Directory Administrator role, the Account Designer role or the Account Administrator role of an account can maintain the self service design of that account.
