Media File Fields

Media File Fields define properties and access controls for file attachments in Xurrent.

The table below lists the fields of the Media File form and provides utilization guidelines for each field.

Field Label	Utilization Guideline
Name	The `Name` field is used to enter a short name for the media file.
Public link	The `Public link` field contains the URL that can be used to retrieve the attached file over the internet. Important: Anyone who has this public link is able to access the attached file.
Image	If the attached file is a picture, the `Image` field displays this picture after the media file has been saved.
Attachment	The Attach file… link is used to attach a file. Only one attachment can be added to a media file. The maximum file size of the attachment is 2 GB.
