Billing Information Fields

Billing information fields cover organization details, invoice contacts, account ownership, and plan settings.

The table below lists the fields of the Billing Information form and provides utilization guidelines for each field.

Organization name

The Organization name field is used to enter the name of the organization that pays for the Xurrent account.

Billing address

The Billing address field is used to enter the billing address of the organization that pays for the Xurrent account.

Note that invoices for the account are sent out via email. The billing address is specified on these portable document format (PDF) invoices. The organization can request paper invoices to be delivered to its billing address if the plan for the account is set to "Premium Plus".

Account Owner
Account owner

The Account owner field is used by the account owner to reassign the account ownership responsibility to another person. A person can only be selected as the new account owner when he or she has the account administrator role of the account.

Because the Billing Information form can only be accessed by the account owner, the previous account owner will not be able to undo the account owner change once a new account owner has been selected and the Billing Information form has been saved.

Contact Details
Email

Invoices for the account are always sent out via email to the account owner. The Email field is used to specify the email address and name of another person who should also receive a copy of each digital invoice. It is not necessary for a Person record to have been registered in the account for this person.

Contact name

The Contact name fields are used to enter the first and last name of the person who should also receive a copy of each digital invoice.

Plan
Plan

The Plan field is used to upgrade or downgrade the account's plan.

The available options are:

  • Basic
  • Premium
  • Premium Plus

Note that a change in plan has financial as well as functional implications. The available plans can be reviewed and compared at https://www.xurrent.com/compare.
