Auditor
Auditor role provides comprehensive read-only access to all account records.
A user whose Person record is linked to the Auditor role of an account is able to see all fields of all records in the account, as well as their audit trails. The Auditor role does not provide any access rights for adding, modifying or deleting records.
The Auditor role can be assigned temporarily to an auditor for the duration of an audit. It can also be given to managers who have no active role to play in the service management processes but who do want to be able to keep track of what is happening in the IT support organization.
