Archive

Archive provides a centralized view for managing all archived records.

The Archive offers a list of all archived records.

Administrators can use the action buttons Trash or Restore to trash or restore an archived record. Note that tasks cannot be trashed or restored independently. To trash or restore a task, the workflow or project to which the task belongs needs to be selected first so that the workflow or project can be trashed or restored in its entirety.

The table below lists the fields of the Archive view and provides a short description of each field.

Archived

The moment at which the record was moved into the archive.

Record type

The icon that represents the record type of the archived record.

Name

The name, subject or title of the archived record.

Archived By

The name of the person who archived the record. The text “System” is displayed if the record was archived automatically by the retention policy.
