App Instance Fields

App instance fields control the configuration and status of application integrations within customer accounts.

The table below lists the fields of the App instance form and provides utilization guidelines for each field.

Field Label	Utilization Guideline
Enabled	The `Enabled` box is only visible for customers. It is checked when the customer allows the app instance to function in the account of the customer. Checking this box enables the automation rules, webhook and application token of the app instance in the customer’s account.
Disabled	The `Disabled` box is only visible for the provider of the app instance. It is checked when the provider wants to prevent the app instance from functioning for the customer of the app instance. Checking this box disables the automation rules, webhook and application token of the integration instance in the customer’s account.
Suspended	The `Suspended` box is checked when either the provider or customer wants to disable the app instance, but the other party is allowed to enable it again. Checking this box disables the automation rules, webhook, application token of the instance in the customer’s account.
Suspension comment	The `Suspension comment` field is used to describe why the app instance was suspended.
Customer representative	The `Customer representative` is used to select the person who represents the customer of the app instance. This person must have the Account Administrator role in the customer’s account.
