Whitelisting - Phone and IP

Phone/SMS Alert Whitelisting

The following phone numbers are used to send out phone call alerts:

+1 415 200 2451

+1 805-728-9990

+1 805-221-6998

+1 415 200 2550

+44 7400 213056 (for UK, Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and Portugal).

+91 80 3127 2798 (for India)

You can add these phone numbers to Do-Not-Disturb exceptions so that Xurrent IMR phone alerts aren't suppressed whenever you have DND activated on your phone.

Alternatively, with the Xurrent IMR mobile application, navigate to Settings and scroll down to the very bottom to find the Add Xurrent IMR to Contacts button. You can use this option to add Xurrent IMR's phone numbers to your contacts. The Xurrent IMR app will also periodically sync our latest numbers in your contacts whenever there are any updates.

IP Whitelisting

If your system blocks content from non-permitted network addresses, please ensure you whitelist the following IPs to access Xurrent IMR:

Primary IPs: 18.233.34.131 , 3.226.49.130 , 3.232.248.220 , 44.216.128.148 , 44.197.152.38

Secondary IPs: 35.160.186.84 , 18.246.28.190 , 54.244.224.77 , 54.69.41.71 , 35.164.148.117

Please note, that you would also need to whitelist '*.Xurrent IMR.com' and 'Xurrent IMR.com' since we do not serve through the IPs.

For Outgoing Integrations:
