Team Fields
Team administrators configure team record fields including name, picture, and organizational details.
The table below lists the fields of the Team form and provides utilization guidelines for each field.

| Coordinator | The The person who is selected in the Coordinator field will receive all of the team’s assignments (i.e. requests, problems and tasks) that are not assigned to a specific member in his/her inbox. Note, however, that not all teams work with a coordinator whose role it is to distribute the team’s workload among its members. When the Coordinator field is left empty, all of the team’s assignments that are not assigned to a member will be listed in the My Inbox of each member of the team. |
