Project Task Template Fields

Project task template fields define the structure and content for creating standardized project tasks.

The table below lists the fields of the Project Task Template form and provides utilization guidelines for each field.

field is used to select one of the effort classes that is related to the timesheet settings of the organization to which the person, who is selecting a value in this field, belongs. When a default effort class is selected in the project task template, this effort class will be selected by default in the Effort class field of a project task that is based on the project task template, after a value has been entered in the project task’s Time spent field, provided that the person who is registering or updating the project task belongs to an organization that makes use of a timesheet settings that includes this effort class.Project TemplatesProject templates
