Custom Collection Fields

Custom collection fields define reusable data elements for organizing information within Xurrent.

The table below lists the fields of the Custom Collection form and provides utilization guidelines for each field.

Field Label	Utilization Guideline
Name	The `Name` field is used to enter the name of the custom collection, for example “Cost Centers” or “Site Types”.
Disabled	The `Disabled` box is checked when no more custom collection elements may be added to the custom collection.
Reference	The `Reference` field is automatically set to the `Name` field value, written in lowercase characters and with all spaces replaced by the underscore character. This reference can be used by integrations and automation rules to uniquely identify the custom collection.
Description	The `Description` field is used to add any additional information about the custom collection that might prove useful. This field allows basic text formatting.
UI extension	The `UI extension` field is used to select the UI extension that is to be added to each element of the custom collection.
