Shop Article Fields

The Picture field is used to add a picture or logo of the shop article.

Click on the picture to enlarge it or to change it.

The Name field is used to enter the name of the shop article.

The Disabled box is checked when the shop article may no longer be purchased.

The Short description field is used to enter a short description of the shop article.

The Long description field is used to enter a long description of the shop article. This is a rich text field, which can include images and video.

The Reference field is a unique identifier of the shop article.

The Product field is used to relate the shop article to a product.

The Category field is used to relate the shop article to a shop article category.

The Price field is used to define the fixed price component of the shop article.

The Recurring price field is used to define the recurring price component of the shop article.

The Recurrence field is used to select the period in which the recurring price repeats.

The Fulfillment template field is used to select the request template(of category ‘Fulfillment’) that is used for the fulfillment of this article.

The Requires shipping box is checked when the shopping article must be sent from a different location. It adds an address to the order.

The Delivery duration field is used to calculate an estimated delivery date using the given calendar and time zone.

The Calendar field is used to select the calendar that need to take the shipping into account.

The Max. quantity field is used to define the maximum quantity of the shop article that can be purchased in one order.

The Service offerings table field is used to select the service offerings for which the shop article is made available.
