The โ€˜All Organizationsโ€™ view lists internal, external and trusted organizations.ย  This has created a need to easily distinguish between these different types of organizations.

When a specialist opens an organization record of a supplier or external customer, this record is now clearly marked as โ€˜Externalโ€™ when that organization record is registered in the Xurrent account that the specialist is working in, or in this accountโ€™s directory account.

An organization is labeled as โ€˜Trustedโ€™ when it is registered in a trusted Xurrent account.

  • Trusted โ€“ A trusted organization is either an internal or external organization that is opened in a Xurrent account that has a trust relation with the account in which the organization is registered, or with a support domain account of the account in which the organization is registered.
