A new integration is available in the ‘App Store’ section of the Settings console: Conversed.ai. Conversed.ai delivers a full-service platform for managing conversational interactions with end-users in an automated way using AI, with an optional handover to live agents. Conversed.ai is integrated with the Xurrent service and as such can use information stored in Xurrent in the conversations.

To install the app, all that needs to be provided in Xurrent are a URI and a Bot ID. To obtain these, any organization that wants to integrate this chat service with Xurrent should contact Conversed.ai. The example below shows the chatbot on Xurrent Self Service.
