Waiting for Customer Follow Up

Automated notifications remind customers about requests waiting for their response for specified periods.

Waiting for Customer Follow Ups can be used to notify users that a request has been in the status waiting for customer for a number of days.

Next to that it is possible to auto-complete these requests on the last notification.

A waiting for customer follow-up has up to 5 rules, each of which specifies a period in number of business days.

After creating a waiting for customer follow-up, link it to one or more service offerings to activate the notifications for specific SLAs.
