Waiting for Customer Follow Up Fields

Waiting for Customer Follow Up Fields configure automatic request completion timeframes and scheme settings.

The table below lists the fields of the Waiting for Customer Follow Up form and provides utilization guidelines for each field.

Field LabelUtilization Guideline
Name

The Name field is used to enter the name of the scheme.

Disabled

The Disabled box is checked when the scheme may no longer be related to service offerings.

Auto-complete

The Auto-complete box is checked when the request should be completed automatically after the number of days configured in the rule with the highest number of days.

Nr. of business days

The Nr. of business days field must be set to any value above 0.
