Inbox Field Help

The Inbox console can contain requests, problems, tasks and project tasks.

The Inbox console can contain requests, problems, tasks and project tasks. Field utilization guidelines have been provided for each of their fields. Click on one of the record types listed below to access its field help.

Keep in mind that all fields may not be visible when you open a record. The fields that are presented depend for example on the values that are selected in the record (e.g. in the Category field), whether the record is opened in View mode or Edit mode, your roles, etc.
