Satisfaction Displayed for Completed Requests
An extra column has been added to the views that can contain completed requests. This column shows the satisfaction feedback that was received from the requester. A green thumbs up icon is displayed when the feedback was positive; a red thumbs down icon is presented when the feedback was negative.

Apart from the views in Records console that show completed requests, this column has also been added to the view in the Service Desk console that lists the previously submitted requests of the selected user.
There, the extra columns is expected to be especially useful for service desk analysts when they are picking up a new call. This column provides an almost instantaneous overview of how satisfied the caller has been with the way that his or her requests were handled in the past.
