This accessibility statement applies to:

  • Xurrent Platform Services – which includes the Platform User Interface consisting of the self-service portal pages and Specialist pages.

Xurrent is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all users of its product. To achieve this, continuous efforts are made to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level A and AA across its platform, as established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Xurrent and its platform services are accessible to its Users which includes features such as Keyboard/Voice navigation support, high colour contrast options, resizing text up to 200% without text spilling off the screen, and consistent labeling and navigation across pages and content. Xurrent is also tested on modern browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, and Edge (Chromium).

For optimal screen reader support, we recommend:

  • MacOS: Use the latest version of Safari with VoiceOver.
  • Windows: Use the latest version of Google Chrome with the latest version of NVDA.

Continuous Improvement

Regular, automated and manual tests are conducted on the Xurrent Platform Service to assess its accessibility. These tests are performed weekly, coinciding with the release of new features and enhancements. By integrating accessibility checks into the development process, potential issues are proactively identified and addressed. Accessibility incidents reported by users of the Xurrent Platform Service are treated as high-impact incidents and resolved as soon as possible.
