Workflow Type
Workflow types classify workflows to help managers decide which tasks to include in implementation plans.
Workflow types are used to classify workflows. The type that is assigned to a workflow can be used by the workflow manager to decide which tasks need to be included in the workflow’s implementation plan.
Only a person who has the Account Administrator role of an account can maintain the workflow types of that account.
