Workflow Manager
Workflow Manager role enables users to maintain account records and serve as change managers for services.
A user whose Person record is linked to the Workflow Manager role of an account is able to maintain (add and edit) the following records of that account:
A person with the Workflow Manager role of an account can be related to one or more services of that account as their change manager.
The Specialist role is a prerequisite for the Workflow Manager role.
