Site Fields

Site fields define the properties and configuration options available when creating or editing site records.

The table below lists the fields of the Site form and provides utilization guidelines for each field.

Picture

The Picture field is used to add a picture of the site.

Click on the picture to enlarge it or to change it.

Name

The Name field is used to enter the name of the site or facility.

Disabled

The Disabled box is checked when the site may no longer be related to other records.

Street address

The Street address fields are used to enter the address at which the site is located.

Time zone

The Time zone field is used to select the time zone in which the site is located.

Remarks

The Remarks field is used to add any additional information about the site that might prove useful.

This field allows basic text formatting.

People
People

The People table field lists the people who work at the site.
