Import/Export Translations

The ‘Translations’ section of the Settings console provides an easy-to-use interface for organizations to translate the names of their services, the subjects of their requests templates, the labels of the UI extension fields they have added, etc.

When you open this section and click on the Actions toolbar button, you will see that the capability has been added to export translatable phrases.

Exporting missing translations


After selecting a language and exporting the missing translations, the export file can be given to a translator. That allows the translator to perform the translation in a text editor or spreadsheet, without requiring access to the Xurrent service.

After the translations have been added, they can be loaded into the organization’s Xurrent account using the ‘Import’ option of the Actions menu.
