Automation rules can now be added directly to task templates.

Specialists are now able to preview a knowledge article before applying it to a request to make sure that the article is the one they were looking for.

When a search is performed in the Service Desk console, the new visibility options are now displayed for each request template in the search results, just like they were already presented for knowledge articles.
