AI Note Assist

AI-powered suggestions for improving note clarity, tone, and completeness while drafting.

Note Assist helps specialists write better notes by providing AI-powered suggestions for improving message clarity, tone, and completeness. It works within the existing note-writing workflow, offering guidance without taking control of the final message.

How to use Note Assist

  1. Start drafting a note on a request.
  2. As you type, a wand icon appears in the text box.
  3. Click the wand icon to receive suggestions for improving the message. This can include correcting spelling errors, improving sentence structure, adjusting tone, and filling in missing details.
  4. Review the suggested changes and apply them with a single click, or dismiss them and keep the original text.

Note Assist is especially helpful for longer notes where review and polish can make a meaningful difference in clarity.

Language support

Note Assist works in the language set in the specialist's personal preferences. Suggestions are generated in that language, not only in English.

Philosophy

Note Assist aligns with Xurrent's approach to AI assistance: specialists stay in the driver's seat, with AI offering guidance rather than making decisions. The specialist always has full control over the final version of any note.
