Service Desk Analyst

Service Desk Analysts can register requests for all account members and add or edit Person records without assigning roles.

A user whose Person record is linked to the Service Desk Analyst role of an account is able to register new requests for all people of that account. In addition, someone with the Service Desk Analyst role of an account is able to add and edit Person records in this account, but cannot assign roles to these people.

The Specialist role is a prerequisite for the Service Desk Analyst role.
