Include Supplier Name in Contract Email Notifications

Organizations can customize the information that is included in the email notifications that 4me sends out on their behalf.  This is done by account designers and administrators in the ‘Email Templates’ section of the Settings console.  A small improvement of the email templates functionality now makes it possible to include the name of a contract’s supplier organization in the two email templates for contracts.

Adding the supplier_name field to the email templates for contracts can provide some additional information that may be useful to the customer representatives who are linked to contracts and therefore receive an email notification when a contract is activated and when a contract expires.
