Using Data from Notes in Automation Rules

The text, person and created_at fields were already available when an automation rule expression was defined for notes. The fields internal_account and medium are now also accessible.

The internal_account field returns the name of the account which specialists can see the note (or its ID or organization).

The possible values for the medium field are:

• Automation — The note was added by an automation rule
• Default — The note was added by a user in a 4me user interface
• Email — The body of an inbound email was used by the 4me Mail API to generate the note
• Redacted — The note has been deleted
• Reference — The note was automatically added when the record was referenced in another record
• System — The note is a system note that was added by 4me
