Registered Requests with Dissatisfied Requester
The report ‘Registered Requests with Dissatisfied Requester’ has been added to the ‘Reports’ section of the Analytics console. This report can be used to ensure that the number of users who are dissatisfied with the way that their requests have been handled remains low.
This report also provides a quick way to check whether all requests with a dissatisfied response have already been addressed by the service desk manager.
