Filter Service Offerings and Service Instances by SLA
The filter ‘Service level agreement’ has become available for the service instance and service offering views. This makes it possible to quickly look up the service offering or service instance of a specific SLA.
The real reason for adding this filter, though, is to provide the ability to generate a list of service offerings or service instances that are not related to an SLA. Such a filtered view makes it possible to find the service offerings that are not used, or to look up the service instances for which a customer still needs to be identified.
