Export Affected SLAs
Many reports in the ‘Reports’ section of the Analytics console are based on data from affected SLA records. From these reports people can drill down into views that list the affected SLA records that were used to calculate the value for the point or time segment of the report that the user clicked on.
In these views it is now possible to export all, or only the selected, affected SLA records.
Likewise, it is now also possible to export the affected SLA records from the ‘Current SLA Targets’ section of the Analytics console.
