Kevin loves building customer-centric teams and delivering best-in-class technology products. At Xurrent Kevin is leading Xurrent’s vision and charge to build a category leader that transforms the ITSM and ESM market.

Before Xurrent, he was CEO at LogicMonitor from seed stage to global scale. Kevin also serves on the Board of Directors at LogicMonitor, Semarchy and ReCast Software.

Based in Santa Barbara, Kevin earned a B.A. and MBA from the University of Arizona. Outside of work, Kevin can be found courtside, chopping wood or on the river fishing.

A talented leader, Cory is known for driving a culture of operational excellence. As Xurrent’s COO, Cory spearheads the customer business and the strategic growth initiatives that keep the business scaling.

Before Xurrent, Cory held senior management positions at InMoment and LogicMonitor, where she led transformation, M&A integration and strategic operations.

Based in Austin, Cory earned a BA in Environmental Studies and Sports Management while a student athlete at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Outside of work, Cory is found in the boxing gym, on a bike ride, or walking her lovingly slobbery mastiff.

Patrick is an accomplished SaaS CRO that now leads Xurrent’s global revenue strategy and its execution. Before Xurrent, he led go to market efforts at SessionAI, Engagio and User Testing and sales at Marketo through their IPO.

Based in New England, Patrick earned a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Nevada.  Outside of work, Patrick can be found in the bleachers and on the golf course.

Ted is an experienced CFO and leads Xurrent’s financial scaling and ensures we run a tight ship ready for the next phase of growth. Before Xurrent, Ted was CFO at  Digital Pharmacist, eMDs and earlier held leadership roles at Dell, Tyco and was an audit manager at PWC.

Ted earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University and maintains his CPA. Based in Austin, Ted enjoys spending time outdoors with his dog and watching the Aggies.

Laurens leads software development and research at Xurrent, constantly building and always improving our market best platform. A pioneer developer in enterprise service management and analytics applications, Laurens has deep expertise in software architecture, AI, and the analytics of service management data.

Before Xurrent, Laurens held software development leadership roles at Hewlett Packard, ServiceNow, and Mirror42.

Based in Australia, Laurens holds an Msc in Parallel AI Computing from Leiden University. Outside of work, Laurens can be found enjoying a macchiato and traveling when he can!

An IT and enterprise service management expert, Martijn built his expertise by leading complex implementations for global enterprise companies. Martijn has successfully architected and implemented hundreds of service management deployments. Before Xurrent, he was a partner at ITSM reseller Infravision, building their ESM and SIAM practices. Martijn ensures that Xurrent delivers outstanding experiences to our European partners and customers.

Based in the Netherlands and U.K., Martijn holds a BS in Business Management from EuroCollege Management School. Outside of work, Martijn can be found coaching on the field hockey pitch or cycling up a mountain.

An experienced CISM-certified CIO, Thomas is the primary contact for Xurrent customers’ information and security compliance officers. Thomas is responsible for making sure Xurrent is compliant, facilitating regular security tests and audits of the Xurrent service and organization. Before Xurrent, he worked in various roles in IT and security-related management positions, most recently at a managed service provider (MSP). Thomas is well-versed in several service management solutions and coordinated multiple Xurrent implementations before joining the management team.

Based in Austria, Thomas holds a MS in Information Security Management. Outside of Xurrent, Thomas can be found in the woods with his trusty sidekick Italian Waterdog.

Phil spearheads product management to bring Xurrent innovations from the white board to market. A top-notch problem solver with a track record for building durable, impactful products, Phil brings a laser-focused approach to product management. Before Xurrent, he led Pricing Technology at Wayfair.

Based in New England, Phil holds a BBA in Management of Information Systems from the University of Iowa. Outside of work, Phil can be found enjoying time outdoors with his family and rooting on the Hawkeyes.

Kelsey is an accomplished employee experience expert and leads the People Operations team at Xurrent, ensuring the team has the right talent, resources and opportunity to support a high growth software business. Before Xurrent Kelsey transformed employee experience in roles at LogicMonitor, Google, and Activision.

Based in Santa Barbara, Kelsey earned a BA in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Outside of work, she can be found at pilates, on the beach, or volunteering at her single-use plastic recycling non-profit Planet Protectors.
